Key Responsibilities

  • Field customer inquiries via phone/email/chat/social media
  • Resolve and de-escalate issues
  • Track call-related information for auditing purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell if required

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • IT/Network certifications/degrees
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting
  • Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
  • Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
