Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies and manage a sales team
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing team
Monitor individual and team performance against objectives
Develop strong relationships with key customers and influencers
Prepare accurate and timely reports documenting sales activities
Attend trade shows and other events as needed
Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in sales, communications, or related field preferred
10+ years sales experience, with at least 5 in a management role
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Experience developing and managing a sales team
Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collect, track and analyze data to draw insights
