Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and manage a sales team
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing team
  • Monitor individual and team performance against objectives
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and influencers
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports documenting sales activities
  • Attend trade shows and other events as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in sales, communications, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years sales experience, with at least 5 in a management role
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience developing and managing a sales team
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collect, track and analyze data to draw insights
