Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary decision maker for clinical and managerial operations and workflow during a shift
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver patient-centered care
Assess quality of nursing care services and operationalize evidence-based practices
Assume leadership responsibility and supervise staff
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience in healthcare
Associate Degree in Nursing
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
