Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide to support students with special needs. Play a crucial role in creating an engaging classroom environment and assisting teachers in delivering quality education.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Prior experience working with children in a structured setting (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
