Join SimonMed Imaging as a Nuclear Medicine PET/CT Technologist and advance your skills in a rapidly growing outpatient radiology practice. You'll perform diagnostic exams and be trained on the latest PET/CT technologies, all while working with a dedicated team of professionals focused on improving patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Establishes and maintains good rapport with fellow employees and facility staff
Obtains patient history and explains procedures
Performs diagnostic Nuclear Medicine, CT, and PET/CT exams
Processes data and enhances digital images using advanced computer technology
Administers radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging
Regulates equipment used for imaging and develops PACS imaging
Evaluates images for technical quality and calibration
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology training program in AMA approved school
BLS Certification or 'Hands-On' CPR certification
Registration as a Certified Technologist Nuclear Medicine by the State
Registration as a Certified Radiologic Technologist by the State
NMTCB and/or A.R.R.T.(N) certification
Registration as an RT and CT Technologist by the A.R.R.T.
Valid CPR certification
2 years of experience in radiology

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
