Job Description

Trufood Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to drive Total Rewards strategy and manage comprehensive benefits programs. This role involves collaborating with the HR team to enhance employee well-being and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies
  • Design and manage compensation structures and incentive programs
  • Evaluate benefits strategy
  • Educate employees on total rewards offerings
  • Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Conduct market analyses for competitive compensation practices
  • Support corporate employees with onboarding and employee relations
  • Lead leave of absence management and compliance reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR focused on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
  • Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of HR management principles and practices
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Strong ability to prepare and present information
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certifications
