Trufood Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to drive Total Rewards strategy and manage comprehensive benefits programs. This role involves collaborating with the HR team to enhance employee well-being and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement total rewards strategies
Design and manage compensation structures and incentive programs
Evaluate benefits strategy
Educate employees on total rewards offerings
Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Conduct market analyses for competitive compensation practices
Support corporate employees with onboarding and employee relations
Lead leave of absence management and compliance reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR focused on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of HR management principles and practices
High degree of emotional intelligence
Strong ability to prepare and present information
Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions efficiently
