The Nurse Practitioner in the Critical Care Unit provides advanced clinical care and management for critically ill patients under the supervision of medical staff. This role involves collaboration with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a hospital setting. The position requires a Master's degree in Nursing, BLS certification, and relevant clinical experience in critical care.

Summary:
The primary function of the advanced practice provider (APP) in Critical Care is to provide care to and management of CCU patients under the clinical supervision of the Critical Care Medical Staff. He/she will work collaboratively with the physicians, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants (MAs), and front-desk staff to support patients within Critical Care (CCU).
