Key Responsibilities
Maintaining and preserving a multi-million dollar luxury community
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pool, and security systems
Developing rapport with residents and assisting with general maintenance issues
Assisting Service Supervisor with makeready schedules and unit inspections
Placing orders with approved vendors for necessary supplies and equipment
Maintaining strong curb appeal at the property
Required Qualifications
2+ years of related multifamily/hotel maintenance experience
Strong knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general carpentry
HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training
CPO and CAMT certifications
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
Strong customer service skills
At times, will be required to be on call
