As a Client Relationship Manager at Cognizant, you will drive the commercial success of assigned accounts, enhancing client satisfaction and P&L management. You will work closely with delivery teams to optimize resources and navigate changes, ensuring a positive client experience while building trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
Co-create solutions with clients
Drive RFPs and manage renewals/extensions
Track BFS industry trends and provide proactive ideas
Serve as the day-to-day client contact
Responsible for backlog growth and project team leadership
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in a client-facing role
Experience managing Client P&L of $15+ million
Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
MS or MBA degree
Strong background in project environment and application development in BFS
Proven ability to contribute to new business development
Detail oriented with complex assignments
Demonstrable problem-solving abilities
