Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager at Cognizant, you will drive the commercial success of assigned accounts, enhancing client satisfaction and P&L management. You will work closely with delivery teams to optimize resources and navigate changes, ensuring a positive client experience while building trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
  • Co-create solutions with clients
  • Drive RFPs and manage renewals/extensions
  • Track BFS industry trends and provide proactive ideas
  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact
  • Responsible for backlog growth and project team leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience managing Client P&L of $15+ million
  • Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS or MBA degree
  • Strong background in project environment and application development in BFS
  • Proven ability to contribute to new business development
  • Detail oriented with complex assignments
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities
