Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Required Qualifications
18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP)
5 years teaching experience in group child care setting with a high school diploma
Willingness to obtain CDA upon hire
BA/AA in early childhood education, child development, or related fields
CDA with one year experience in group child care setting
Bachelor's degree with 30 credit hours in relevant fields and 1 year of experience with children
Associate's degree with 2 years of experience with children
