Job Description

Join DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital as a CT Technologist, where you'll perform diagnostic CT exams and provide exceptional patient care. This role offers a chance to work with advanced imaging technology and contribute to quality improvement in radiology.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic CT exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment.
Verify patient identity and review patient's medical record for appropriateness of exam or procedure.
Explain procedure to patient and document exceptions from established protocols.
Review images and communicate data to radiologist.
Provide physician-prescribed post care instructions to patients.
Participate in process improvement activities within radiology practice.
Provide imaging education to residents and new employees.

Required Qualifications

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology (R) or Computed Tomography (CT)
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training
One or more years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology or advanced certification in CT
