Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Paraprofessional and support special education students in a rewarding full-time role. This position offers a chance to make a real difference in students' lives while gaining valuable experience in SPED classrooms.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher OR passing score on the Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
