Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Greet and register patients in a prompt and pleasant manner
Receive payments, issue receipts, and post payment data
Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments
Verify insurance eligibility and coverage
Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Support peer training for new employees
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Intermediate level of computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting
Experience working with electronic health records
Knowledge of minimal medical terminology
Demonstrated ability to work well with healthcare providers
