Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient therapy based on client needs
Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
Complete billing, documentation, and treatment plans
Engage in collaborative care with the clinical team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Experience working with children and families
Provisional license per state regulation if required
Educational background for professional licensing
Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care
Ongoing professional development in mental health
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Effective time management and documentation skills
