Key Responsibilities
Implements counseling/therapy for assigned patients in individual and group settings
Interviews and assesses patients and/or their representatives
Determines and arranges for needed services/interventions
Participates in case reviews/care conferences
Assists with discharge planning and community resource identification
Utilizes teaching methods to meet educational needs for patients and families
Participates in training new staff, students, and interns
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
State licensure as LCSW, LPC, MFT, or ACD
