Job Description
Join Quill, part of the Staples family, as a Customer Sales Account Manager, where you'll drive business growth through outbound sales and customer engagement. Utilize your sales skills to create tailored solutions, foster partnerships, and achieve targets in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to drive new business and sales growth
Create and present custom pricing solutions to customers
Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
Qualify prospects based on customer size and spend
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Implement feedback and coaching for improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
1+ years of sales or other relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Proven acquisition, sales, or account management experience
