Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, managing vehicle repair estimates, and ensuring quality standards. Be part of a rapidly growing company that prioritizes people and excellence in collision repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repairs and ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed on vehicle status
Pull and review data procedures for Body Technicians
Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems (CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex)
