A corrections facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Dilwyn, Virginia.
This adult outpatient opportunity is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no call responsibilities. The facility is seeking a BC/BE MD with an active VA license and DEA. The average patient volume is 1820 per day, and providers are supported by RNs and LPNs. While documentation is paper-based, Sapphire is used for prescriptions. Ideal candidates can start quickly, as the credentialing timeframe is just two weeks.
