Intuit is seeking Tax Associates to assist customers with their taxes remotely. This role involves providing expert guidance using TurboTax products while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate information
Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Ability to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Excellent customer service skills
Access to an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days
