Key Responsibilities
Dispensing spectacles and optical products to patients
Advising patients on lens and frame selection
Verifying order data entry and ensuring accuracy of prescriptions
Providing excellent member service in person and over the phone
Educating patients about available optical products
Assisting with eyeglass adjustments and repairs
Maintaining club policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed to work as an optician within the State
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
At least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optical products and business practices
High school diploma or college degree
Experience in big box wholesale, retail, and/or optical settings
