Shift Information

• Shift Type: 8-hour PM/NOC variable shifts
  • Typical Hours: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM and 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
  • Primary Shift: Mostly nights

Requirements

• Experience:
  • 2–5 years total RN experience
  • 1–3+ years Adult Psych RN or ED with Psych experience
• Certifications:
  • Active WI RN or Compact License
  • AHA BLS
  • CPI (Required — can be completed onsite, online portion must be done before start)
  • NIHSS preferred (can complete during orientation via Bellin’s Apex Innovations)
• Charting: Epic — required within the last 2 years
• Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Associate or Certificate preferred

Unit Overview Type: Adult Psychiatric Inpatient Unit Patients: Ages 18+ with acute mental health or alcohol detox needs Unit Size: Regular + Intensive Care wings RN Ratios: Days/PMs → 1:6 Nights → 1:10
