• Patient Ratios: 1:4 (day/evening), 1:6 (11p–7a)
• EHR/Systems: HCS, Pyxis, Paper
• Supervisor: CNO
• Population: Adults (psychiatric, addiction, behavioral health)

Requirements

• Certifications: RN license, CPR, Handle With Care
• Experience: 2+ years
• Education: Associate’s in Nursing minimum
• Skills:
  • COWS, CIWAs
  • Admissions/discharges
  • Shift assessments
  • Emergency & regular med administration
  • Response to code blues & violent incidents
  • De-escalation techniques
  • Familiarity with Pyxis & HCS
