Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers to ensure invoice accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies
Provide input to policies for managing the premium billing function
Educate customers on invoice and payment options
Monitor outstanding balances and ensure payment compliance
Prepare invoices and reconcile billing with accounts receivables
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age OR older
Experience with computers and Windows based applications
Ability to train onsite for the first 2 days
Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
AAPC Certification
