Key Responsibilities
Oversee behavioral care and pathway planning for animals

Required Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in people management
Master’s or PhD degree in animal Behavior or related discipline or DVM degree
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Fear Free certified within 6 months of hire
Ability to work with behaviorally and medically compromised animals
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in shelters
Interest in developing/overseeing research projects
