Key Responsibilities
Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services.
Collaborate with other managers to create an environment of teamwork.
Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery.
Manage staff scheduling and practical aspects of staff labor.
Support proper inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Associate Degree
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification (must be obtained within 60 days of employment)
