Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and direct operations of Residential and/or Day Services Program
Schedule staff and implement program plans
Train team members to interact supportively with individuals served
Oversee maintenance and compliance of residential facility and vehicles
Provide guidance for emergency situations on an on-call basis
Manage petty cash funds and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (can substitute experience)
Four years of experience in a related field
Experience in a supervisory or management role
Certification in CPR and First Aid
Certified Medication Aide (40hr)
