Join Quill as a Sales Business Development Representative to drive new revenue and build sales growth strategies in the Philadelphia area. Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy
Qualify prospects based on customer size, spend, and potential
Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
Ensure smooth transition to account management team
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek ways to improve and apply coaching
Positively impact team culture
Work closely with leadership to drive revenue
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory (50% travel)
Remote role covering Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
