Key Responsibilities
Maintain the efficient operation of the Hospital’s utility systems
Monitor temperatures, pressures, and levels associated with machinery
Perform necessary adjustments, repairs, and replacements to equipment
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent
Formal trade school or apprenticeship education or equivalent experience to an associate degree level
Two to three years of experience in maintaining and repairing complex machinery
Licensed by the City of Chicago as a Stationary Engineer
