Key Responsibilities

  • Support quality patient care as a team member
  • Maintain knowledge of Practice Policy and Procedures
  • Handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and attendance
  • Maintain organized reception and waiting areas
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Work independently and complete assignments without reminder

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Ability to be flexible with the work schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a medical office position
  • Experience working with an electronic health record (EPIC)
  • Ability to be cross trained as a medical assistant
