Maintain knowledge of Practice Policy and Procedures
Handle difficult situations with professionalism
Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and attendance
Maintain organized reception and waiting areas
Communicate effectively with customers
Work independently and complete assignments without reminder
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
2+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Intermediate level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Ability to be flexible with the work schedule
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a medical office position
Experience working with an electronic health record (EPIC)
Ability to be cross trained as a medical assistant
