Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards Works with customer counterparts to optimize maintenance and reliability Documents work performed in service reports Assists lower level technicians and leads project teams Troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems Utilizes advanced maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data Conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs High School Graduate or equivalent (GED) Associates degree with a Technical focus and 10 years of related experience in specific industry or 12 years of experience in specific industry Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems Ability to analyze problems and perform repairs Proficiency in using basic hand tools and specialized tools Extensive travel required (Local, National, International) Experience in condition-based maintenance techniques Experience in precision mechanical alignments Experience in programmable logic controllers Experience in field device troubleshooting Experience in maintenance of electrical drive and motor systems
