As a Maintenance Team Leader at Whole Foods Market, you'll manage the maintenance team, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently while fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the maintenance team
Ensure compliance with USDA and corporate safety standards
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and develop repair strategies
Implement preventive maintenance schedules
Manage maintenance budgets and inventory of supplies
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
2+ years of experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment
12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry
Ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance projects
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as CMRP or CPMM
OSHA safety certification or other relevant safety training
Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance-related software
