Poughkeepsie Nissanis seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized individual to manage our dealership lot and vehicle inventory. As our Dealership Lot Manager, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient lot that enhances the customer experience and supports our high-performing sales and service departments.
Previous experience as a Lot Attendant, Lot Porter, Inventory Clerk, or in a similar role is preferred, but were open to training the right candidate who brings a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities - Lot Manager:
- Manage and organize new and used vehicle inventory
- Supervise and schedule dealership porters and drivers
- Maintain a clean, professional lot presentation at all times
- Perform check-in and pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles
- Oversee new and used vehicle merchandising: flags, window stickers, lot organization
- Coordinate used car details, body shops, and vendor services
- Ensure high-quality used car photography is completed
- Conduct monthly physical inventory audits
- Track and update inventory chip board for incoming units
- Handle dealer swaps and vehicle transfers
- Monitor and restock lot cleaning supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Lot Attendant, Lot Porter, Inventory Clerk, or similar role preferred
- Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills
- A proactive mindset - you're someone who anticipates and solves problems before they escalate
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Familiarity with inventory systems a plus
- Able to drive manual transmission (preferred, not required)
