Join The Jewish Board as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to make a significant impact in the lives of youth and families facing serious behavioral health challenges. Work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide personalized treatment, engage families, and support reintegration into the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and their families to address clinical needs
Engage child/youth and family as active partners in care development
Assess risk, develop safety plans, and provide crisis intervention services
Participate in development and implementation of person-centered care plans
Monitor discharge and ongoing care planning
Establish collaborative relationships with community providers
Provide on-call after-hour crisis intervention services
Attend team meetings and supervisory sessions
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
A minimum of one year of experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to learn electronic health records and other software as required
