Key Responsibilities
Ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care
Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with policies/procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver care
Assess quality of nursing care services and operationalize evidence-based practices
Assume leadership responsibility within the unit
Supervise staff, conduct education and coaching, and manage performance reviews
Required Qualifications
2+ years of nursing experience in Surgical Services in acute care setting
Associate Degree in Nursing
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
