Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health RN to provide direct patient care. The role involves:

• Performing plan of care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Documenting patient care and communicating patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, and psychosocial support.
• Evaluating learning needs and providing education to patients and families.
• Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Current RN license to practice in NC.
