The Work: Master Data Management professionals define strategies and develop/deliver solutions for managing enterprise-wide data throughout its lifecycle. Responsibilities include:
Adapting existing methods to create solutions for moderately complex problems.
Contributing to strategic direction set by senior management.
Using judgment to determine solutions and seeking guidance on complex issues.
Interacting primarily with client directors and peers.
Determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
Managing medium-sized teams or work efforts.
Implementing Master Data Solutions to transform clients’ processes.
Continuing to develop technical and business expertise.
Travel may be required, varying from 0% to 100% depending on business needs.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Stibo Systems, including functional and technical expertise.
At least 3 end-to-end Stibo PIM/MDM implementations, with hands-on design, configuration, and deployment experience.
Experience with JavaScript and developing Stibo Business Rules.
Deep understanding of MDM and related systems such as ERP, PLM, eCommerce, DAM, Syndication.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years; 6 years if with an Associate’s Degree).
Bonus Points if You Have:
Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel sectors.
Familiarity with other key master entities/domains and the challenges in implementing MDM.
Experience with Data Architecture and Data Integration.
Experience with Data Quality tools.
Experience using Generative AI is a plus.

Role location and salary ranges vary by state, e.g., California: $94,400 to $293,800, Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800, etc.
