Join Raytheon as a Senior RF Circuit Card Design Engineer, where you'll lead the design and testing of complex RF Circuit Card Assemblies for missile systems. Key Responsibilities
Design, analyze, and test RF Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA)
Serve as the Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for RF CCAs
Create and review documentation including analyses, schematics, and test plans
Work in a lab setting for component characterization and CCA verification
Perform schematic capture and RF routing
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on related analyses or tests
Provide status updates on technical progress to project leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience
Experience in RF design and fabrication
Experience in RF test and troubleshooting
Simulation of RF products
Proficiency with Mentor DX Designer or equivalent tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mentorship or apprenticeship roles
Technical oversight responsibilities for less-senior engineers
Experience working across domains on complex projects
Ability to prepare documentation with minimal oversight
Background in designing for manufacturability and cost constraints
Technical background in cascade analysis, RADAR principles, filter design, circuit card assembly design, scripting with Matlab or Python, and high-speed data converter test/characterization
