Job Description

Join QTC Medical Group as a Staff Audiologist in Sacramento, CA, where you will provide critical audiological care to military service members. Utilize your expertise to conduct independent medical exams and contribute to the well-being of those who have served our country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and interpret tests to determine hearing impairment
  • Evaluate test results in relation to medical records
  • Conduct otoscopic examinations and cerumen management
  • Complete Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)
  • Lead training for paraprofessional staff

Required Qualifications

  • Doctorate Degree in Audiology (Au. D)
  • 5+ years of clinic practice experience
  • Currently licensed Audiologist in the state employed
  • ASHA and/or AAA certification prior to hire
  • Ability to pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
  • Medical clearance including TB test and Hepatitis A/B vaccination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Compensation and Pension Examination
  • Experience with hearing conservation programs
