ER RN Job Details – Evesham, NJ

• Location: Evesham, NJ 08053 (Burlington County – prime New Jersey healthcare location)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/8/2025 – End: 3/9/2026)
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department (ER)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (19:00 – 07:00), 3 shifts/week (36 hours/week)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2100-$2250
• Floating: Required within 5 local hospitals in the Evesham area
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend required
• Patient Ratio: 1:5
• Charting System: Epic

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active NJ or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience (within the last 12 months)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (valid through assignment start)
• Adult and pediatric emergency nursing experience required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must pass a dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing (PC only; 2 attempts allowed)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Ability to float to multiple hospital sites as needed
• Must wear navy blue scrubs
• First-time travel nurses accepted; prior travel RN experience preferred

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced ER setting
• Manage a patient load of up to 5 patients per shift
• Perform triage, assessments, and emergency interventions for diverse medical conditions
• Administer medications, IVs, and emergency treatments as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including IV, respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, and social services
• Float to other emergency departments within the health system as required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic
• Participate in orientation, complete required modules, and pass all necessary testing
