Job Description
Join Quill as an Inside Sales Account Manager and play a key role in building long-term customer relationships while driving sales for a leader in office supplies. Collaborate with internal teams and educate customers on our extensive product offerings to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Build long-term relationships with customers
Manage book of business through productivity and pipeline management
Collaborate with internal business partners
Deliver exceptional client service
Drive sales and achieve profit margins
Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
Build and develop business relationships
Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
Educate customers on products and programs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service
Effective communication skills
Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Proven account management experience
High level of business acumen and sales strategy
