Job Description

Join Spectrum as an Account Executive and leverage your strategic sales skills to build relationships and drive revenue in a dynamic retail environment. You'll manage partnerships, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the growth of the Spectrum brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide account management including audits, field visits, training, and business reviews
  • Conduct regular meetings and account reviews with assigned partners
  • Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
  • Work with Operations and Strategy teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Coordinate and assist with special events and oversee sales execution
  • Conduct side-by-side selling of Spectrum services
  • Prospect new business for quality partners

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Sales presentation skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Organized and demonstrated initiative
  • Practical written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfort utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid and active State driver’s license and safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience
