Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for field teams
  • Create promotional materials for field teams
  • Development and ownership of core branded claims
  • Drive consistency and core campaigns across RSV related materials
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop an integrated omnichannel approach
  • Collaborate with sales training on execution of training programs
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders for cohesive execution of marketing strategies
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of applicable markets and competitors
  • Leverage real-time data to improve brand growth and business performance
  • Drive market access initiatives to support franchise objectives
  • Collaborate with public affairs and medical teams on public health initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of marketing experience in vaccines or specialty pharmaceuticals
  • Proven ability to influence sales execution
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience influencing without direct authority
  • Proven ability to partner across a matrixed organization
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, analytical acumen, and business insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • Sales experience
  • Experience in US vaccines market
  • In-depth knowledge of US vaccines customer segments and buying channels
