Join Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center as a Group Facilitator, where you'll lead group sessions, fostering a safe space for individuals facing emotional challenges. This part-time role, requiring three days a week, is vital in supporting patients' personal development and recovery journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate group sessions
Facilitate interaction between group members
Maintain awareness of individual client's needs
Facilitate identification and congruent expression of feelings
Document group sessions including patients’ progress or concerns
Ensure timely completion of documentation related to patient services
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
Attend mandatory training and in-service collaborations
Required Qualifications
Actively working on bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related human services field
QMHP certification
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting
Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
