Key Responsibilities
Create, analyze, and update Excel spreadsheets
Contract licensed Sales Agents with appropriate insurance carriers
Schedule meetings and answer telephones
Process expense reimbursements
Audit contract loads/policy builds for adherence to quality measures and compliance standards
Research errors by comparing documentation against multiple internal systems
Prepare, process, and maintain new group implementations and renewals
Reconcile reports and group setup discrepancies
Research and respond to benefit and eligibility processing inquiries
Implement assigned accounts including policy building and infrastructure setup
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience in a healthcare industry role involving provider benefit verification and claims issue resolution
1+ years of experience reviewing healthcare policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel including data entry, sorting, creating and modifying documents and spreadsheets
Ability to work full-time On-Site (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with paying claims
Experience with Medical Billing / Coding
Experience designing, configuring, or building health plan benefits within a healthcare system or platform or similar industry
