Join Accel Therapies as a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) where you'll lead the implementation of treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental needs. You'll ensure quality service delivery while enjoying a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and parent/caregiver training
Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
Support internal curriculum and clinical resources
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality
Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Preferred Qualifications
