Job Description
Join EOM Healthcare Group as a Regional Nurse Consultant to support facility staff in providing high-quality care to seniors. You'll supervise nursing directors, perform audits, and promote a healthy work-life balance, making a real difference in patient recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and train facility directors of nursing
Perform mock surveys and audits
Promote a healthy work-life balance amongst facility staff
Cover in the event of a vacancy or vacation
Travel between various facilities weekly
Help manage the survey process on the ground
Required Qualifications
1-2 years’ experience in a regional nurse role
Proven track record of successful outcomes
Valid RN nursing license in the state of Wisconsin
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
