Job Description

Join Quill, a staple in office supplies, as a Customer Sales Account Manager. You'll lead sales for significant accounts, driving growth and developing strategic plans while being supported by an inclusive culture and various benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales while managing current customers
  • Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
  • Create strategic growth plans and identify new opportunities
  • Utilize enablement tools to manage customer data and pipeline
  • Know products, customers, and vertical markets
  • Execute sales strategies through various communication methods
  • Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Managed complex deals from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Responsible for retaining and growing accounts
