Job Description
As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you will play a crucial role in helping customers manage their auto loans and achieve vehicle ownership. You'll negotiate payment plans, maintain positive customer relationships, and assist with debt repayment options while meeting production goals in a supportive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans with customers
Educate and build relationships with customers regarding payment options
Navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments
Monitor and ensure follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans and modifications
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
