As a Health Benefit Representative at Fidelis Care, you'll drive membership growth by effectively recommending and enrolling individuals in health insurance products. Your role will involve educating the community on health benefits, conducting needs assessments, and utilizing CRM tools to manage leads and appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify membership growth opportunities and meet production goals.
Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend the best products.
Educate individuals on healthy lifestyles and assist with application and enrollment.
Represent Fidelis Care at community events and build relationships.
Use Sales Force CRM for activity and lead tracking.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Driver’s License may be required by some plans
Preferred Qualifications
2 to 5 years prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service or related experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
