Key Responsibilities
Handle referrals of patients inside and outside of the practice
Facilitate calls and voicemails from patients regarding concerns and questions
Document interactions in patient charts via telephone encounters
Create Tricare Account and input Tricare Referrals
E-Prescribe medications and check E-Prescribing log
Check E-Fax daily and access Outlook Email
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent years of work experience
Must be 18 years of age OR older
Certified Medical Assistant
CPR / BLS Certified
Ability to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of Health Care OR Office experience
Knowledge of Medical terminology
